Device uses Process Flow:

Equipment operation instructions (double-station operation method):

1. The operator puts the Tray with the workpiece on the rodless cylinder.

2. Press the start button with both hands at the same time, and the Tray will enter the equipment.

3.6 The axis robot grabs the products in sequence, puts them on the product clamping (reversible) fixture, and automatically tightens the products.

4. The water jet is automatically started, and the cleaning is carried out according to the cleaning trajectory. After cleaning, the workpiece is automatically grabbed and placed on the Tray, and the Tray is withdrawn by the rodless cylinder.
